Terms & Conditions
1. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panaji, Goa.
2. Rental Agreement
By booking a stay with NEMOS, guests agree to abide by the House Rules specific to each unit. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for most properties.
3. Damage Policy
A security deposit equivalent to 1 night's tariff may be collected upon check-in. This is fully refundable within 48 hours of checkout, subject to a property inspection. Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
4. Liability
NEMOS's liability is limited to the total booking value. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any disruptions caused by acts of nature, infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
5. Guest Conduct
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities, excessive noise after 10 PM, or hosting unauthorized guests. Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
